INTENTION: During this session we will talk, share and balance the mind and body energetically. Nothing is structure here so we can approach a given moment as it present itself. Let's experience a mindful conversation, guided breathe-work, positive visualization, and/or energy work (Reiki). The intention here is to reset your emotional, spiritual, energetic frequency into more harmonious state of physical alignment so that you can meet your everyday challenges with more ease. HOLISTIC & INTUITIVE APPROACH: I would intuitively work with you and depending on your particular situation I will use appropriate techniques to best facilitate the work. I may use a different approach i.e. Mindful Conversation, Balancing Energy Work (also known as Reiki). It's a phone session so you don't need to travel anywhere. What you need is a quiet place and no interruption. Please silence your phone. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Facing difficulties could be emotional and painful so make sure that you are in the safe space. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Breathe. Healing is a process.
