INTENTION: The intention here is to reset your emotional, spiritual, energetic frequency into more harmonious state of physical alignment so that you can meet your everyday challenges with more ease. HOLISTIC & INTUITIVE APPROACH: I would intuitively work with you and depending on your particular situation I will use appropriate techniques to best facilitate the work. I may use a different approach i.e. Mindful Conversation, Balancing Energy Work (also known as Reiki). It's a phone session so you don't need to travel anywhere. What you need is a quiet place and no interruption. Please silence your phone. Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Facing difficulties could be emotional and painful so make sure that you are in the safe space. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Breathe. If you recently received a flu or CoV-ID shots, please allow at least 4-6 weeks before seeing me. If you are receiving any experimental treatments, injections or chemotherapy please discuss it prior. MISSION THERAPEUTIC: This is a professional, therapeutic practice. In rare circumstances the session could be cancelled due to contraindications. *** MEDICAL TRANSPARENCY: your medical records: medications, vaccinations, surgeries, experimental treatments need to be fully disclosed prior to the booking as they have health implications for the session. Certain health conditions can be exacerbated through massage. *** MEDICAL FRAUD: intentionally providing a false information to receive a service is a fraud.
